Oh, how I LOVE Christmas! It's been so fun this year to do everything with Erwin for the first time and decorate our little home. We bounced from store to store and tried to not drown in the crowd of people but we enjoyed picking out the ornaments, the garlands and decorating the tree and living room. We had such a good time, filled with a kind of excitement of imagining how our apartment would look with certain decor and talking about future plans of decorations when we finally own a house of our own. Now, I always grew up with a real Christmas tree, but this little fake one we have is perfect, and the smell of our pine spray helps. :)
Everything turned out great, and I couldn't help but feel happy and giddy. We now have a very cozy little space, full of the feelings of Christmas.
I can't wait to make new Christmas candy and try lots of new recipes for this month and spend time with family and friends. :)
