"I wish there was a river I could skate away on..." -Joni Mitchell.
I like that Joni song. It made me think of it when Erwin said he wished he could skate away on a river. Well, there wasn't a frozen river around anywhere, so we went ice skating out in Kearns, my childhood town. And we went to the rink that is known as the "Olympic Oval". The Olympics were held there, and I attended a few events while they were in town.
It was fun to go back and go ice skating myself! Erwin had been wanting to go for so long, so he was excited when I announced what we were going to do for the night.

It was a fun, cheap activity and it felt good to get out and move around. We plan on going back for sure.
