Easter! (catch up, part 2)

This Easter was great fun. I reeeeeally wanted a family Easter Egg hunt, and I planned everything very last minute and called Cam to see if they could come. They could!
I love that we have a huge backyard. I was able to hide so many eggs for all the kids outside, and they all giggled and ran like crazy trying to find them. Each kid had their own color of egg, so it was easier to make sure they all got the same amount in their buckets. They of course were filled with candy. (we forgot to put out the golden egg with $)
It was so fun to watch them run around and be so happy when they counted all their eggs.

We then had a few games to play. One of them was Pin the tail on the Bunny. We all laughed at this one.

We rested for a few minutes and then we played, Red light, Green light.

Then came the prizes! I put prizes into bags and the kids had to throw an egg into whichever bag they wanted, and inside was their prize! They got 2 bags each.

Then it was time to eat and watch an Easter movie! It was such a fun day, and Cam and I insisted that this must be a tradition! (we missed you Zempos!)

Easter afternoon our kids got their baskets. It was smaller this year, with some candy, one toy each and an Easter outfit.

Waa got Maui's hook!

Kekai got this musical toy

I loved her Easter dress

All tuckered out after a great weekend.

What a great idea to color coordinate the eggs!
