Hide and Seek is my all time favorite game to play with my littles.
They love the thrill of running away from me, and knowing that they are going to pick the perfect spot to hide while I count to 10.
Don't get me wrong, there have been plenty of times where they hide so well that I freak out for a second. But usually, they hide somewhere right in front of me, or scream to tell me to come and find them. :D
Erwin helps Clara hide a lot. She loves it! But she always gives their position away by babbling and giggling. I can hear Erwin whispering to shush her, and Wa'a telling her loudly to stop talking. ;)
We get pretty animated when we play. Whenever we find the other, we yell "I found you!" or "Gotcha!" Usually we all scream and the kids run away to try to hide all over again.
The best is when Wa'a hides. He'll even make eye contact with me while he settles in his spot and then yells for me to come find him. And then when it's his turn to count, he gets so excited that he cheats by counting too fast. " 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10! Ready or not here I come!" hehehe.
