Birthday celebrations

I'm 33 guys. Ugh. I really don't like getting older and I don't seem to care too much for birthday's anymore, but I'm so appreciative of those who made me feel loved and special. I got so many calls, texts, cards and love from many, and I am truly grateful to have completed one more year! With my health problems, I really am so happy to be here and have another birthday.

My dear friend Tina treated me to a birthday lunch of my choice. Zupas! It was so so good, and I so love and appreciate this lady.

Wa'a made me the cutest birthday card. It warmed my heart.

The Rivas' and Ally came over to celebrate! I was blessed with good company, thoughtful gifts (from my in laws and the zempos too!) and a fun night.

This gift was my favorite. It was wrapped in school paper and had Juju's handwriting on it. 

When I opened it I found graham crackers and marshmallows. Cam looked so surprised and then started to giggle bc she realized that JuJu did this all on her own and took things from Cam's cupboard. Ju said: "Aunty Sarah, I know you love s'mores so I brought you your favorite things to make them. Just for you!"
It was so thoughtful and incredibly sweet. I snuck Cam back her food before they left and we laughed and swooned at her gift.

 My old MTC companion and amazing friend took me out to dinner at a great place in Traverse Mountain. She gave me a sweet card and my favorite candy and it was such a fun time together.

I also had a great feast with my parents and enjoyed a fun night with them and their thoughtful gifts and cards. I didn't take any pictures (sad) but one. Of my strawberry freeze cake! Delish!
