Goodbyes are hard

On Halloween we had a going away dinner for Ally. There was delicicous food and we enjoyed the company and the opportunity for another night to spend with her and the grandparents. Erwin was able to get a blessing from his dad, we were able to help Ally load up her rental car and take lots of pictures all together.
When the time came to hug and say goodbye, there were no surprise at the tears that flowed. It was so tender to see Ally scoop up my kids and tearfully love on them. It especially made my heart burst to see her and Erwin embrace in a long goodbye hug. There weren't many words spoken during the moment, but the love was felt deeply and it was emotional.
And of course when it came my turn to hug Ally goodbye, we whispered lots of "Thank you for everythings" "I'll miss you" "This is hard" "Love you so much" things said. We both cried and it felt so good to squeeze her tight.
Then saying goodbye to the grandparents is always emotional. We got very little time with them and we felt kind of robbed by this. Erwin cried, I cried and Moni cried. Grandpa always says just the right thing to me when we hug goodbye, and then I cry even more. Loving goodbyes are so fulfilling.
Love to them all and can't wait to see all the adventures!

They are such supportive Grandparents to our Chunty girl. Grateful for their love for her!

The way TyTy looks at Grandpa. He especially loves him. A lot.

On the way home you could see the Halloween Ghost on our PG mountain. It was fun and festive and I love the community festiveness!
