Our whole house ordeal has been a doozy. Everything has happened so fast, and I am exhausted and there is no end in sight still. But for the 4 weeks we lived with our kitchen taped off and no ability to cook, I must say we adapted well, even thought it wasn't fun. I am grateful for little gadgets that allow us to make food that is more than a frozen boxed meal, and for the ability to feel like we were still blessed despite it all.
